Important Notes

Please note: This is a budget-friendly shared shuttle with door-to-door pickup. Because it is a shared service, there may be multiple stops, including Hobby Airport (HOU), IAH Airport, and the Galveston Cruise Terminal. Some routes go direct, while others may have minor delays. Guests must reach the meeting point on their own—no staff assistance is provided. Please arrive 30 minutes early. Only the luggage and services you have paid for are allowed on the shuttle.

Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag only.

If you miss the shuttle, the reservation will be non-refundable.

Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or similar equipment are NOT allowed.

The minimum booking amount is $40.

Passengers must reach the meeting point by themselves, located at Terminal A at IAH Airport.

Shuttle pricing may vary depending on how early or how late you make the reservation.

Please stay in contact with the driver using the phone number provided for pickup coordination.

Minor delays are possible due to traffic or stops. Please do not travel on a very tight schedule.

If your return flight departs before 1:00 PM, we strongly recommend booking a private shuttle.

What Is a Semi-Private Shuttle?

A semi-private shuttle is a luxury van shared with only one other family, instead of a full van of unrelated passengers. You get a near-private ride at a price close to shared transportation:

  • Cheaper than a private shuttle
  • Faster than a traditional shared shuttle
  • More comfortable and stress-free for cruise passengers

This service is designed specifically for airport-to-cruise-port transfers between Houston and Galveston.

Why It Is Faster Than a Traditional Shared Shuttle

  • Limited passengers: we match a maximum of two families per trip, which means less waiting, fewer pickup stops and a faster arrival at the cruise port.
  • Short waiting time at the airport: typically 10–15 minutes, and often no waiting at all. Your vehicle does not wait to fill every seat.
  • Minimal stops: only 1–2 pickups instead of 5–6, so travel time stays almost equal to a private shuttle.
  • Sometimes a free private ride: if no other family matches your schedule, you receive the van privately at no extra cost.

Who Should Choose a Semi-Private Shuttle?

  • Cruise passengers traveling to Galveston
  • Travelers flying into IAH or Hobby Airport
  • Families and small groups
  • Travelers who want comfort and value
