1. Reservation and Payment
All reservations must be confirmed with valid payment information. Prices, vehicle types, and availability are subject to change without notice. Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation. Credit and debit card payments may include approximately 4% processing fees charged by payment providers.
2. Service Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service due to availability or unforeseen issues. Customers will be notified in writing. If we cancel the service, a 100% refund will be issued using the original payment method within up to 10 business days. This refund is our full liability. We are not responsible for any consequential losses or expenses.
3. Booking Modifications
3.1 Same Price Modification: If a booking modification results in the same total price as the original reservation, no additional payment will be required.
3.2 Lower Price After Modification: If the modified booking results in a lower total price than the original reservation, the price difference will not be refunded.
3.3 Considered as Cancellation and New Reservation: Certain booking changes may be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and the creation of a new reservation, since prices may change depending on date, time, and availability.
3.4 Modification Notice: If you wish to modify your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
3.5 Subject to Availability: All booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability and operational approval.
3.6 Last Minute Change Requests: Last minute modification requests may be non-refundable and may require additional charges.
3.7 Higher Price After Modification: If the updated reservation results in a higher total price, the difference must be paid immediately.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy – Standard Vehicles
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund minus processing fees. An 8% total fee (4% payment + 4% refund processing) will be deducted. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy – Large Buses
Bookings for vehicles larger than 20 seats up to 60 seats are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Any cancellation within 48 hours of transfer time will receive no refund.
6. Booking Modifications and Changes
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the transfer. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and are non-refundable. If the new price is higher, the difference must be paid immediately. If the new price is lower, no refund will be issued.
7. Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings within 48 hours are considered last-minute. They are subject to availability and may include additional fees. Full payment is required immediately. Last-minute bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Offered Vehicle, Make, Model, and Photo Disclaimer
Vehicle photos shown on the website are for reference only. The actual vehicle provided may differ in make, model, or appearance. We will provide a vehicle of the same or similar class, comfort level, safety standards, and capacity as the one booked, based on availability. If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, breakdown, or operational reasons, we may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional charge. For example, if a van is booked and becomes unavailable, we may provide two SUVs or another suitable alternative of equal or greater comfort and value. Vehicle substitutions are subject to availability.
9. Delays and Missed Connections
Passengers must plan travel with sufficient buffer time. We are not responsible for missed flights, cruises, or delays caused by traffic, weather, road incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Unforeseen Events and Vehicle Issues
In case of breakdowns, severe traffic, weather, or emergencies, we will attempt to provide an alternative. However, we are not liable for any losses, missed connections, or inconveniences.
11. Pickup and Waiting Time Policy
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after actual arrival time. Hotel and residential pickups include 10–15 minutes. Additional waiting time is charged at $50/hour for standard vehicles, $80/hour for minibuses, and $100–$160/hour for coach buses.
12. Luggage Policy
Passengers must confirm luggage quantity at booking. Seating capacity does not guarantee luggage space. Excess luggage may be refused if not declared in advance.
13. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with proper documentation and safety precautions. Pets must be secured. Service animals are welcome according to applicable laws.
14. Passenger Conduct and Refusal of Service
Drivers may refuse or terminate service for intoxicated, abusive, or disruptive passengers. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Respectful behavior is required at all times.
15. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details and be ready on time. Failure to do so may result in delays, cancellation, or no-show charges.
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for missed flights, delays, baggage issues, or losses caused by events beyond our control.
17. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using our service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
